    These questions can be answered if we know the context of these Scripture passages. That is, we need to know what the writers assumed their Middle-Eastern readers would understand as they read the words of Scripture.

    We invite you to join us on Friday night, March 16 and Saturday morning, March 17 as Doug Greenwold of Preserving Bible Times returns to Christ Memorial to present a workshop on The Last Days of Jesus, The Greatest Story Never Told to learn about the context of the events at the end of the life of Jesus.

    The Last Days of Jesus is a multimedia workshop focusing on the literary, historical, cultural, and geographical contextual realities of Jesus’ last few days on earth as found in the Gospel of John. The biblical record is combined with the visual to illuminate events in the Passion of Jesus. This blending of contextual information with breathtaking aerial photos of the land that Jesus walked creates an innovative teaching approach that breaks new ground in deepening our understanding of the Passion of Jesus. It allows the last days of Jesus to come alive in fresh and new ways for 21st century hearts and minds.

    Who should consider coming to The Last Days of Jesus? Anyone who:
